Since company trading began in May 1996, around 75% of NSG Security Consultants work comes from either existing clients or recommendation.  In the case of Queens University, Belfast - seven separate assignments over a five year period, ranging from a security strategy for the University's Halls of Residence and the deployment of the United Kingdom's first PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) System to the partial outsourcing of the University's security service.

Quality Assurance

The quality of our work and complete customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, and NSG Security Consultants operates rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure that we deliver consultancy solutions in the best interests of our clients, and which meet the demands of British Standard 8549:2006 – Security Consultancy Code of Practice. The process starts from receipt of invitation to tender or quote, through to assignment completion and a request for customer feedback and assessment of customer satisfaction. It is the high quality of consultancy works that has resulted in such a high percentage of repeat works with existing clients or recommendations.

In addition to NSG Security Consultants own internal quality assurance processes, every consultant engaged by NSG Security Consultants to deliver security consultancy are members of the ASC (Association of Security Consultants) and must abide by the Association’s strict Code of Conduct which gives clients further peace of mind. Finally, NSG Security Consultants offer this guarantee – we are so confident in our work, and exceeding client expectations, that if upon completion of an assignment we have not delivered what we said we would and the client is not completely satisfied, we will do whatever is necessary to rectify the situation and at no additional cost to the client.
